3. Our Products

We sell leather accessories for pets, including collars, leads, harnesses and related items. We do our best to show product colours, textures and sizes as accurately as possible. As leather is a natural material, small variations in grain, colour and markings are normal and are part of the character of each piece. These natural variations are not considered a fault.

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure which size to choose, contact us and we will gladly help.

All products should be used under supervision. Please check collars, leads and harnesses regularly for wear and replace them if they show signs of damage. Never leave a pet unattended while wearing a lead or harness.

4. Orders and Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not yet mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are handled by secure third party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Accuracy of Information

We take care to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. Occasionally, there may be typing errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to update information at any time. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before going ahead.

9. Faulty Items
